Dylan McGovern is a highly skilled and experienced maritime professional with a passion for sailing that began in his childhood. With over 20,000 nautical miles of sailing experience, Dylan’s career spans the Mediterranean, Caribbean, and beyond, showcasing his versatility and deep knowledge of global yachting. He holds prestigious certifications, including RYA Yachtmaster Offshore 100GT, RYA Cruising Instructor, and SAMSA Commercial Endorsement, underscoring his expertise in navigation, vessel safety, and seamanship.
Dylan’s extensive career includes managing 45+ foot catamarans and monohulls as a professional skipper in Croatia, delivering exceptional guest experiences while ensuring vessel safety and maintenance. His offshore racing experience in South Africa has further honed his technical skills and adaptability, and he played a pivotal role in constructing a 55-foot charter catamaran now operating in the Caribbean, adding a practical dimension to his maritime expertise.
In addition to his sailing accomplishments, Dylan served as a sailing instructor at the Royal Natal Yacht Club in South Africa, providing comprehensive keelboat training and fostering a culture of safety and performance. His hands-on leadership and dedication to mentoring aspiring sailors reflect his commitment to excellence and continuous professional development.

Rebecca Snyman is an accomplished chef and stewardess who brings creativity, dedication, and a passion for hospitality to every charter aboard Crystal Dreams. With a strong background in cooking and baking, she has honed her skills in crafting exceptional meals and delivering personalized dining experiences that cater to diverse guest preferences. Her attention to detail and ability to adapt to high-pressure environments ensure impeccable service at all times.
Rebecca’s comprehensive training includes certifications in food safety, first aid, and yacht service, equipping her with the expertise to maintain the highest standards of care and professionalism. Having sailed extensively around South Africa, she has developed a keen adaptability to new environments and challenges, allowing her to integrate into the dynamic world of luxury yachting seamlessly.
Known for her warm demeanor and exceptional organizational skills, Rebecca excels in creating memorable guest experiences.  Breakfast

• Tropical Smoothie Bowls Blended mango, banana, and coconut milk, topped with granola, chia seeds, and fresh fruit. 
• Choc Chip, Fluffy pancakes with maple syrup, caramelized bananas, and a hint of cinnamon. 
• Avocado Toast Whole-grain toast with smashed avocado, chili flakes, and lime. 
• Eggs Benedict with hollandaise sauce on fresh croissants.
• Fresh eggs with sautéed peppers, onions, and herbs.
