Crew Profile

Captain Panagiotis was born on Spetses, an island known for its marine tradition. He graduated the Aspropyrgos Marine Academy and worked in the Commercial Navy for over 8 years. In the last 6 years he worked in the hospitality industry, onboard yachts in Santorini, or sailing the Aegean sea with monohulls and catamrans. He has a true passion for the sea, and lately sailed during the winter months as a 1st mate onboard a 50 meter Superyacht in the Carribean. He cares deeply for his yacht and crew, and makes sure his guests will feel safe and get the best service possible when they sail on ADEL.

Chef Michalis was born and raised in Athens.
He studied at the Greek Merchant Marine School and worked as an officer on tankers for almost 2 years. However, he discovered early that he was actually a chef at heart, so he started from the beginning: studied in Chef D'Oevre school and became a member of ChefClub of Greece In teh last 11 years he as worked in restaurants and hotels around Greece, both in mainland and in islands.
This year he decided to bring his love for cooking to the sea, and so joined ADEL.

Stewardess Depi has been involved in the hospitality industry since her school graduation, working in a number of cafes and restaurants. She has worked on crewed yachts since 2021 in Greece and in the last season she boarded as Assistance Manager a cruiser in French Polynesia.
Apparently, the Greece seas proved to be much more appealing, so she is now back to work with enthusiasm onboard ADEL.

Starters

- Cretan rusk with Greek tomatoes, feta, caper and olive oil

- Gravieure from Naxos with tomato  sesame grissini

- Bruschetta assortment-  Spinach with blue cheese, Tomato and feta, Green and Black olives

- Mushrooms in the oven filled with prosciutto-cheese mix

- Red peppers filled with feta and oregano in the oven

- Saganaki (grilled cheese)

- Grilled shrimps with sesame

- Spanakopita ( Spinach pie)

- Tyropita (Cheese pie)

- Eggplant grilled with feta, tomato and chilli

- Steamed mussels with white wine, garlic, mustard and fresh dill

- Yellow split pea puree (fava) with red onion, parsley and lemon

- Oven-roasted carrots with nutmeg, balsamic vinegar, parsley and black pepper

- Tzatziki and eggplant salad dips

- Melon wrapped in prosciutto, rocket and balsamic cream
