- Christmas and New Year's Weeks: 40,000 + 35% APA + 4% Bahamas Tax + 10% Bahamas Vat. *7 Night Minimum*

- Other weeks: $35,000+ 35% APA +4% Bahamas Tax + 10% Bahamas Vat. *5 Night Minimum*

- MYBA contracts

- Covid/Infectious Disease Addendum and Release of Liability/Assumption of Risk addendum required

- Arbitration to be replaced and superseded to Miami Florida USA Maritime instead of London, UK (Clause 23 of MYBA)
